Synopsis:

Merry Knight is pretty busy these days. She’s taking care of her family, baking cookies, decorating for the holidays, and hoping to stay out of the cross hairs of her stressed and by-the-book boss at the consulting firm where she temps. Her own social life is the last thing she has in mind, much less a man. Without her knowledge, Merry’s well-meaning mom and brother create an online dating profile for her—minus her photo—and the matches start rolling in. Initially, Merry is incredulous, but she reluctantly decides to give it a whirl.
Soon Merry finds herself chatting with a charming stranger, a man with similar interests and an unmistakably kind soul. Their online exchanges become the brightest part of her day. But meeting face-to-face is altogether different, and her special friend is the last person Merry expects—or desires. Still, sometimes hearts can see what our eyes cannot. In this satisfying seasonal tale, unanticipated love is only a click away.

My Review:

As most of you know I love Christmas time. While checking out some holiday reading I came across this book by author Debbie Macomber, and just had to pick it up.

I absolutely love the title. Merry and Bright just caught my eye. And as you can see in the synopsis Merry and Bright are character in the story. And I enjoyed getting to know them.

The story line was easy to follow and did not take to long to read. So for this time of the year when I usually am busy it is great to settle down with a book and get lost in its pages. The author Debbie Macomber has a way of enticing you with a title that pulls you in just that way.

So for the reasons above I will be giving this book the Breath of Life rating of:

Four Clock Rating!

Disclosure: I did not receive the above book in exchange for my honest opinion and or review.
