My Review:
When I was asked to try out my first adult coloring book I did not expect to really love not only the pictures (this one is Flower Mandalas), but I truly truly loved coloring them.

The lines are spaced at a varies spaces to color. The paper is thick so that you can use marker or color pencils. The pictures are only on one side so you could take the book apart if you would like, so you could frame or even send them to someone. Yea, I know not to many people mail things these days.

Here is just a few of the ones I did.

As the cover states there is 30 Hand-Drawn Designs for Mindful Relaxation, as each one I colored was relaxing. I have picked up a couple other adult coloring books due to receiving and enjoying this one.

So for the above reasons, I will be given this a Breath of Life rating of:

 Five Clock Rating:

Disclosure: I did receive the above book in exchange for my honest opinion and or review. But the Opinions are my own and yours may differ.
