Somaron and Wolfore had whispered in his ear time and again what a hero he’d be. He would be the one that made this buffoon of a man look like a shining star. Tom Stevens was Jack’s only roadblock. At least that was what he thought. Jack failed to see the battle that was going on in the shadows beyond the world he knew. He didn’t see the blackness that the shadows hid from his sight. He failed to see the glints of life that flashed in the light. A great battle was brewing beyond what he could see. It was a battle that would decide the fate of the world and no matter which way it fell; Jack’s world would never be the same.  

My Review:  
As my first line here I want to just say: "I AM SO EXCITED TO KNOW THAT THIS IS GOING TO BE A SERIES!!!"    All the way through while reading I kept saying that this was an amazing insight and different way of looking and thinking about a battle between good and evil. Then at the end I was like Oh No.... please tell me there is going to be more. And "YES!" there is.... 

Author Diane Walker is wonderful and down to earth. I have since reading her book got to know her a little by talking back and forth on facebook and email. So to know that she has gone through things and still come out writing her first book that is so unique and amazing is a true testament to her love and spirit. 

This is a story of some characters that take risks and even thou they failed or made mistakes and meet with lots of roadblocks still keep going. When you think of the battles within the universe world this is one book that keeps your attention and flows so that you don't miss things that you might in other types of writing. Imaginary or real? You make the decision on which side you would like to be on. 

Can't wait for the next book and see how things go. I recommend this book to ALL my readers. Pick it up and let me know what you think...   A MUST READ!!

About the Author:
