An Aching Emptiness Dayne Matthews is at the top of the Hollywood list, working on what could be his best movie yet. Is this the answer Dayne's been searching for? A Shocking Discovery John Baxter reconnects with an old friend and shares a buried secret, one that he and his wife shared all their married lives. Now - in his wife's honor - he decides to continue a very special search. But in the process he makes a critical mistake. What will happen when one of his daughters stumbles onto a letter she was never supposed to see? In this season for the Baxters, grace and redemption will play a greater role than ever before.

My Review:
I listen to this book on the way back down south after I listened to Fame, the first in this amazing series. Enjoyed them both. But Forgiven was better as far as the volume and sound all the way around. The narrator, Sandra Burr, has an amazing voice to listen to.

Author Karen Kingsbury is One Terrifically Awesome author! I am honestly and completely a fan that can not get enough. I have several books in the waiting to be started soon.

Forgiven picked up where Fame left off. Listening to Forgiven on the way south as I said above was great, knowing that there was no bad language, or that even though there was some romance it was done very romantic but clean, no graphic sexual under tone.

I love to be able to read or listen to an author who has the gift of writing a book without using foul language, sexual scenes. Author Karen Kingsbury certainly has this wonderful gift.

Characters Dayne Matthews, the Baxters, Katy Hart and the Christian Kids Theater group are absolutely the most wonderful to learn about their life's and how they dealt with any obstacles that came their way. There is love, forgiveness, searching, confusion, mistakes done, and much much more.

A must, must read!

So due to the above, and like the first,  honest if I could it would be higher, I am giving this book a Breath of Life ratings of:

Five Clock Rating!!!

Disclosure: I did not receive this book in exchange for my review. But the opinions are mine, your opinion may differ, and that is fine with me.
