My Review:  

If you are looking for a plan or to switch things up some this is a book for you. 

Danna Demetre and Robyn Thomson are very supportive thru out the book as well on their web. site,  www.EatLiveThriveDiet.com. They share their own stories but they let you know that right up front that every body is different and that they need to make sure that they do what is best for you and your lifestyle. 

On a personal note as far as my health issues I did not work the diet or lifestyle. How ever I did try some of the recipes and there are some simple changes that I have tried. 

For the reasons above I am giving this book a Breath of Life rating of:

Four Clock Rating!!
