My Review:
We all have played games with in our life time. Like Monopoly, checkers, chess and even a game called Life. But they were just games. No big deal. But, Wow! Playing a game in real life, where you have to make choices that could not only hurt or kill some one close to you, but also puts brutality into a whole new reality. It is not just a board game but you actually live and make real life choices right?
This book kept me on my toes that even when I laid it down to sleep or do other things, it would be there still in the back of my mind wondering what Kira will do or what will happen to Rogan as well as others within the pages of this living game.
Author Michelle Rowen writing has sucked me into a whole different way of looking at the game we call life. She is on my reading list for a couple more books at this time and if they are anything like Count Down, well let's just say I will keep her up there on the top of my books to read.
